WARRANTY POLICY

• Xing Heng battery products are warranted for 30 months from the date of manufacture.

• The warranted battery must not be dented or short-circuited due to user error.

• The warranted battery must have full manufacturer's documents including warranty certificate, factory certificate, and sales invoice.

• The warranty is processed on 30 to 60 days from the date of receiving of the defective battery from the buyer.
