Warranty

WARRANTY CONDITIONS 

1. The product is still within the warranty period, with a valid warranty label and serial number matching the factory-issued warranty card/label. 

2. The defect is caused by manufacturing or technical issues (such as battery cell failure, charging circuit failure, power cut-off, no power output, etc.). 

3. The product has not been technically modified, disassembled, or repaired by any third party. 

4. The product is used with the correct voltage specifications and in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. 

5. The product must be returned to the official Xing Heng distributor for inspection and determination of the fault before warranty replacement or repair. 

6. In case of a manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced one-for-one within the warranty period. 

CASES NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY 

1. Damage caused by improper use, incorrect operation, or reverse polarity connection. 

2. Unstable input voltage, use of fast chargers, or incompatible power sources. 

3. Disassembly, repair, component replacement, or damage to the warranty seal. 

4. Damage caused by third parties or factors not related to the Xing Heng system.
